FAST - Happy To Wait A Few Days? Choose 1ST CLASS service. Your order will be dispatched within 2-3 working days and then sent via Royal Mail 1st class, Please Allow 1-3 working days for delivery.
FREE - In No Rush? Choose our FREE 2ND CLASS service. Your order will be dispatched within 2-3 working days and then sent via Royal Mail 2nd class post which can take 3-5 working days for delivery.
Next Day services may not be available for Northern Ireland, Some parts of Scotland and UK Isles. Express tracked delivery for these areas can take 2-3 working days once dispatched.
Postage for international orders will be automatically calculated at checkout. Customs charges may apply to international orders for which you will be responsible for. Occasionally we may need to send your item via a service other than the one you select but we will ensure we match the service & delivery times as selected.
USA & Canada – Please allow 4-10 days for delivery.
Europe – Please allow 4-8 days for delivery.
Australia & Rest of The World – Please allow 6-14 days for delivery.
Returns & Terms of Sale
We pride ourselves on simple, easy to understand terms and conditions because, let's face it, we all hate pages and pages of text that make no sense. Once and order is placed and paid for it is understand that you accept our terms and conditions:
Returns: You can return any non-personalised items to us for a full refund as long as the item is unopened, undamaged and resaleable. All returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please note you will not be reimbursed for the cost of the return postage. We will not accept returns for personalised or customised products. If you wish to return an item please contact us first at the earliest opportunity.
Exchanges: We will exchange non-personalised products within 14 days of purchase. Once the item has been returned a confirmation email will be issued confirming receipt of the item and the requested alternative will be dispatched within 24 hours.
Please note that ALL personalised items do not qualify for refunds unless faulty.
Damage: We accept responsibility for items that have been damaged in transit if proof of damage is supplied via photos. All items are packed/labelled to ensure that Royal Mail are made aware of the best way to handle them and thankfully most arrive in good order.
Privacy: We promise not to share your information with anyone else - no third parties or marketing companies whatsoever.
Refunds/cancellations: You must cancel before the item is dispatched to receive a full immediate refund. If the item has been dispatched you will need to return it for a refund. We will not accept returns for personalised goods unless they arrive damaged or with an error. If you wish to return an item please contact us first at the earliest opportunity.
